NVY is also built with responsibility. A part of our proceeds supports girl child education—because true luxury is not only what you carry, but what you give back. By investing in education, we aim to contribute to a more equal, stronger future.

My Journey

I have always been drawn to things that last.

Designs that don’t ask for attention, yet leave an impression. Objects made with intention, not excess. Over time, this belief shaped the way I looked at fashion—and at luxury.

I started NVY because I couldn’t find bags that felt honest. Thoughtfully designed. Made from real leather. Priced with integrity. I wanted pieces that men and women could carry without being defined by a logo—bags that spoke through their material, their form, and the way they aged with you.

For me, quality has always mattered more than visibility. Craft more than noise. Restraint more than trend.

NVY is also deeply personal because it reflects what I believe success should stand for. Creating something beautiful is important—but creating something meaningful matters more. That’s why a part of NVY’s proceeds goes toward supporting girl child education. Giving back isn’t an afterthought; it’s part of the foundation.

The Founder

Navisha Verma is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), New Delhi, with MBA from IMI New Delhi, and a Gold Medalist from DPS R.K. Puram. She brings over a decade of experience in e-commerce and consumer businesses across brands including Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej, Haier, Sony, Zomato, Swiggy, and PhonePe .

Her career spans leadership roles at Chaayos, Domino’s (Jubilant FoodWorks), Flipkart, and Snapdeal, along with two years of consulting for international clients across FMCD and FMCG, focused on market entry, pricing, assortment, and growth strategy. Her work has been recognised with multiple performance and excellence awards .

Deeply passionate about fashion, business, and design, Navisha is drawn to products that balance aesthetics with function. Music, in all its forms, remains a constant source of inspiration—shaping her sense of rhythm, restraint, and creativity. At NVY, she brings these influences together to build a brand defined by quiet luxury, quality, and purpose.
