Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the order and vary for domestic and international deliveries.

Delivery Information

 – Delivery timelines commence from the date payment is received and confirmed for the order. Delivery will happen in 10-15 working days.

 – Estimated shipment times provided on the website are approximate. NVY Leather Bags shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery arising from natural disasters, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to flood, fire, war, or acts of God).

 – Orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Deliveries are address-specific, not person-specific.

Accuracy of Details

 – Customers must provide complete and accurate details, including name, delivery address, and contact information. Any delay or loss caused by incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 – NVY Leather Bags reserves the right to validate the information provided by customers. If such details are found to be false (in whole or in part), NVY may refuse service or cancel orders without prior notice.

Redelivery Charges

 – In cases of non-delivery due to customer error (incorrect name, address, or contact information), the cost of re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Taxes & Duties

 – Octroi or local entry charges, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer. These charges are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

 – For international shipments, all import duties, taxes, and customs charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. NVY Leather Bags is not liable for such charges.
