At NVY, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted in genuine leather. We take pride in our quality and want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Reach out to us on navisha@nvyleatherbags.com for return or exchange  request
  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, dust bags, and original packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, scratches, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.
  • Items eligible for exchange - manufacturing defects/damage only. If you need further assistance reach out to navisha@nvyleatherbags.com. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Any price difference for exchanged items must be settled before dispatch.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at -  navisha@nvyleatherbags.com with the below details
    • Order number
    • Clear images/video of the issue
    • Packaging images
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at navisha@nvyleatherbags.com with your order details.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Securely pack the item in original packaging and ship it back.

Important Notes

  • NVY reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy requirements.
  • Slight variations in colour or texture are natural characteristics of premium leather and are not considered defects.

Jurisdiction

  •  All assistance regarding return, exchange, or repair is applicable only within the country of original purchase.
