Cancellation policy

At NVY, every order is processed with care and prepared for dispatch shortly after confirmation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

  • Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us within the eligible time frame:

  • Email: navisha@nvyleatherbags.com 

  • Include your order number in subject and mail body along with reason for cancellation

Our team will confirm whether the cancellation request can be accommodated.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Sale or promotional orders

Refusal of Delivery

  • If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return, and refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:

    • Shipping charges

    • Return logistics costs

Important Notes

  • NVY reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion.

  • Delivery delays caused by external factors (courier delays, customs, weather, etc.) do not qualify for cancellation.
