At NVY, every order is processed with care and prepared for dispatch shortly after confirmation. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us within the eligible time frame:

Our team will confirm whether the cancellation request can be accommodated.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit

Sale or promotional orders
Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return, and refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:

Delivery delays caused by external factors (courier delays, customs, weather, etc.) do not qualify for cancellation.
